..for lack of blog action recently, partly due to other things going on in my life taking priority, and partly due to needing to get my finger out. To make it up, heres a more minimal piece i did of the wonderful granite city skyline. I originally did it with intention of doing a website based on Aberdeen, but quickly changed my mind to basing my site on Barcelona, as its a wee bit nicer on the eye than the 'deen.

Good use of 'noise' too.
I like it. Like the speckles or noise or whatever it is.

Just noticed the part of the image to which you are referring, Paul. I think it is a crane.
