Heres a poster i designed for the 1 Day Brief. Bit of a rush job to see how we worked under pressure, with a presentation at the end to the rest of the class. Got voted best poster by rest of class, despite not being particularly pleased with my final result.
Heres a poster that i designed for the Graded Unit part of my course. Its for a comedy film festival taking place in Aberdeen. In addition to the poster i also designed a webpage, flyer and beermat.
Its been a while, Doing Graphic Design this year, having put the web development to the side to concentrate on creating visuals. Going to start putting up some examples of my work here. Watch this space.
A panaromic type image i knocked up quickly today. Photo i took looking up Union Street at night from the Castlegate. Some effects and PS adjustments later and came up with this.
This is my first attempt at making a movie for college. The theme was workstation auditing. A few of my classmates helped with the shooting, but the finished video was all my own work. This is the first cut of it, so its a bit messy, and theres a few bits im not too happy with so i'll probably stick another version of it up later.
ROM CHECK FAILOne of the craziest games i've seen lately, it available as a free download on the above linkage. Its Super Mario, Pacman, Gauntlet, Defender and a load of other old skool games rolled into one. Game format keeps changing at an alarming rate so you're never quite sure whats going to happen next. Excellent stuff.
Messed about further with the beach lazers thing and animated it so it looks like a real lazer show! (well... something like one)
