Rom Check Fail

ROM CHECK FAIL

One of the craziest games i've seen lately, it available as a free download on the above linkage. Its Super Mario, Pacman, Gauntlet, Defender and a load of other old skool games rolled into one. Game format keeps changing at an alarming rate so you're never quite sure whats going to happen next. Excellent stuff.

More lazers

Messed about further with the beach lazers thing and animated it so it looks like a real lazer show! (well... something like one)

Chemical Beach

A photo of the skyline of Codonas amusement park at Aberdeen beach, as the sun went down. Manupulated it using a photo i took at the Chemical Brothers gig in Glasgow back in December.

Random album cover 2

The legendary Betha Palmer, and her 1982 release 'Keeping Up with Yesterday'.

I could mess around with these all day.

The random album cover

Give this a try:

ALBUM COVERS THAT NEVER WERE

I had a go and this is what came out.

Interesting.

ATTI

As mentioned earlier, i stayed in the art-themed Winston Hotel last week. The artist responsible for our room was ATTI. Looked up some more of her stuff, its pretty cool so i've stuck a link up here to her site:

ATTI

You can view the room we were in, you'll find it in the Interiors section.

The coolest bar ever?

No Photoshop trickery this time, just some pics taken last week in the new Ice Bar in Amsterdam. Not the best pics due to camera troubles and a partner with shakier hands than a Torry wino with the DT's, but you get the idea. Every things made out of ice, right down to the glasses. Its not quite inline for becoming my new local, but a drinking experience different from your usual Aberdeen establishments is always welcome. And yes- it was absolutely freezing, hence the silly North Pole type attire.
